Garfield County Town Pit (Airport Pit)

No Dumping

Garfield County offers a green waste collection for it's residents at The McGregor Hill Pit (Airport Pit) located off of Gould City-Mayview Road. There are designated spots for each type of waste, listed below. Garfield County will not accept anything other than what is listed below. 

  • Yard Waste

    • Branches

    • Flowers

    • Leaves

    • Trees and Tree Trimmings

  • Tires (without the wheels)
  • Concrete (without the rebar)
  • Appliances

Please note: the site is monitored via video surveillance. Dumping is prohibited.
