LOCAL COURT RULES

The Superior Court for Asotin, Columbia, and Garfield Counties, is reviewing the Superior Court Local Rules and has proposed new rules as listed in the below link.

ASOTIN, COLUMBIA AND GARFIELD COUNTIES' PROPOSED 2024 LOCAL COURT RULES 

Any comments on these rules will need to be emailed to the Court Administrator, Adiranne Krull, before June 9, 2024.

Comments will be posted on the website when they are received.
