The Superior Court for Asotin, Columbia, and Garfield Counties, is reviewing the Superior Court Local Rules and has proposed new rules as listed in the below link.
ASOTIN, COLUMBIA AND GARFIELD COUNTIES' 2025 LOCAL COURT RULES
Any comments on these rules will need to be emailed to the Court Administrator, AKrull [at] co.asotin.wa.us (Adrianne Krull), before June 30, 2024.
Comments will be posted on the website when they are received.
